Tuition and Fees
Tuition / Room and Board
Total cost for the upcoming academic year starting September 2025:
- Tuition for 2 semesters - €6,525 (Six 3-hour core courses for credit & Seven 3-hour elective courses for credit)
- R& B for 2 semesters - €4,725
Total for the year - €11,250 (estimate in USD $12,500) or €10,500 if paid in full by September 15, 2025.
Procedure
Application fee and visa assistance fee (if needed) is payable to us after the initial interview with the ISP director and you can pay it online (JoOS platform). Please note that the visa assistance fee is different than the visa cost you will pay at the Greek Embassy.
Each semester needs to be prepaid (for all fees: tuition, housing, etc.) so the cost of the first semester (5,300 euros) needs to be paid by September 15, 2025 and the second semester cost (5,950 euros) by December 15, 2025. Many times, the Greek Embassy requires full prepayment. In this case the whole amount of €10,500 (it will include the discount) will need to be paid before the visa issuing. These fees can be paid by wire transfer. Any bank fees are to be paid by the student. Please go to a commercial bank that handles international wire transfers or use an online wire transfer service i.e. TransferWise. However, make sure to do your own research on which service may be reliable. Before you make a request, find out what the fees are going to be.

In case of student withdrawal from a class, there will be no refund whatsoever. In case a student does not return for the second semester or drops the program within three weeks of the semester, 20% of the tuition will be kept. After this all tuition will be kept. R&B charges are calculated on a pro- rata basis. The student visa is also cancelled if the student drops out of the program, or the program is cancelled. See below for more information.
In case of governmental restrictions or other practical factors due to a pandemic or other extreme situations we may need to make changes. In such cases:

2. If program cancelled after the beginning of each semester - 75% refund for classes not taken, 75% of R&B of time not physically present at the College
The GrBC plans to complete all classes with students on campus though some lessons may be given online. There is no reduction of tuition for online completion of classes.
